We are starting with a period in Jo Parfitt's yard at Laroche-Migennes while we paint the complete boat and Jo (hopefully) gets on with modifying (enlarging) the rudder and adding large bilge keels. This is our final effort to improve the in-line stability and steering. Jo is, as usual, running behind due to various factors and so we may spend longer there than we would hope but that's something that we shall just have to face. Then, sufficient time remaining, we plan to cruise. Not sure where yet but likely to be one of the two rings that are available from Migennes/Auxerre/Vermenton. If, like last year when we only got about one week left to cruise out of our six week visit, then we shan't be going very far again. There won't be any trip reports while we're there as downloading over a mobile phone GPRS connection has to be kept to a minimum, but maybe I might do something on our return in August. Roger
