Perhaps you do need to say more! ;-) It may depend on the type of operating system and the version of AOL. The latest version is AOL 9 VR (Vista Ready) which has been developed for XP and Vista on 32 and 64-bit machines. To check the version you have, in AOL, click on Help then 'About AOL'. In the middle of the window will be something like "Revision 4327.68". If your version is not close to this, it might help to install a later version - assuming your PC will take it.
