OK, I admit it's reasonably accurate (Tom must have been having an off
day ;-}})
But it does seem like BW and EA are caught between a rock and a hard
place, with the anglers petitioning them to do something about an
effect that's not yet been proven to exist.
I wonder where the half million's coming from - general funds or from
funding for enviro type studies? Should be the latter, but BW's not got
a good track record for getting dosh out of other Govt sources to date.
