[canals-list] Boat hung up in Birmingham

Hi, hearing about someone hanging a boat up on the square bollards 
somewhere in Birmingham, can anyone clarify this? We tried using a 
rope on the 21, it doesnt move easily. Also are hearing of a bollard 
being pulled out by a boat strapping to it on the Oxford.
