Waterscape says this:

21 - 21 Aug 2008

Restriction: Lock 15 Bascote Staircase Lock

Associated Regional Office: BW West Midlands

To refit cill back into position due to boat impact. The cill has been
slightly dislodged due to boat impact and will need to be refitted back
into position. The leaking cill can be a significant safety issue to
boats in the lock due to flooding of the boat.

British Waterways apologises for any inconvenience this has caused.
