Does anyone know a Jim Payler, who may live in Blisworth and who is a keen waterways photographer? His photos are in several places on the internet, including the IWAI site (www.iwai.ie) to which he donated a photo taken in Dublin in the 1950s, but he doesn't seem to have a website or photographic site of his own. We were asked whether he might have taken any other photos in Ireland, but I've lost his email address and we didn't have any other contact info.
