We came down the Atherstone lock flight yesterday, Thursday, as Morrisions men
started to install the 3 wooden bollards per lock.
When they went off for their baggin it was awful temping to pick up a couple
they had left lying about to use as firewood, but we thought we better not do!
Plenty of working boats going off u the Ashby for this weekends rally at
Shackerstone.
