Hi Gang, Just a quickie to say the Avon in Evesham has dropped significantly in the last 24 hours and is now only about 3 foot above normal summer levels. It has been raining today but not the heavy rain that does the damage. There is more coming apparently so I expect the river to go up again. Whether the levels will be ok for us to leave for a 2 week trip this Sunday remains to be seen. The Severn is still a worry but the peak has passed there as well. Keep your fingers crossed. Thanks
