Continuous cruisers DO pay the same as everyone else! If you choose to take an expensive marina mooring that's your decision. For clarity what do you propose to do about boats who may or may not be continuously used but do have a legal cheap or free mooring from which BW derives no additional income at all. They may not be many of them but they do exist, indeed my Mum is one of them. Steve NB Bream
