The wind must have blown the stray s in. There is probably a field of
ugar beet feeling the loss.

More seriously, the government has announced today that they are going
to amend the Energy Bill to create a guaranteed feed-in tariff which
will make micro-generation more attractive as people will be able in
theory to sell spare power to the grid.
