One simple reason: 1. His barge didn't suit our requirements; too long for one thing, but the thought had fleetingly crossed my mind. His boat is very nice but just not quite what we wanted. I would have been extremely lucky to have had such a perfect fit that a swap was a real proposition. Bit like winning the lottery really. Roger
