Shouldn't do that except on very rare occasions. have you set up the flap at the back it takes a bit of fiddling but that should sort it out. I assume that you have the proper chimney it may be worth getting an extension (I did) as it helps the system draw and you should have 2m between the stove and the top of the chimney, almost impossible to get on a NB -- Julian Tether Barge Parglena e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
