Your underlings are letting you down quite comprehensively. Since receiving
your letter reproduced above I have visited Osterley Park & Pump Lane, Hayes,
branches of Matalan to be faced with a vast stock of socks of all shapes, sizes
& colours.
None of which are of towelling material---let alone black ones.
Please investigate & explain. Ideally let me know a branch that sells them,
thankyou.
