I think your reply is exactly right, and represents the attitude we
will take - any yard which refuses to supply us with diesel because
we will be declaring varying percentages for propulsion can whistle
for our other custom.
But I don't understand your reluctance to identify the respondent -
if it's one of the organisations to which I belong, I'd like to
respond to them as well.
