Trevor, You have obviously been giving this a lot of thought and come up with a lot of questions - I'm sure a few will get answered - you may find it more productive, in getting answers, to drip feed these onto this forum (and others) one at a time so that they catch the eye of those who are particularly interested in that topic. Multiple question entries seem to quickly degenerate into friendly? banter.
