Hi All, I would be most grateful if you would all kindly have a look at a planning application the District Council have received for a replacement lock house in Evesham. The 'A' frame lockhouse that has existed for many years and has become an iconic building has to be replaced. It was badly damaged in the floods of 1998 and finished off in 2007. The replacement is a chalet style house that IMHO is completely out of character. Please take a few minutes to look at the application including the photographs of original and proposed and leave comments you feel appropriate.
