Ah, but 92 C is close to the optimum for making espresso coffee. Decent espresso machines will pump to 15 bar to push the water through the coffee bed. 100 C extracts too many bitter flavours. Anyone boasting of higher temperatures probably also drives a gas guzzler and has a small member :-) Wassail!
