A good rule of thumb is that, if a "warning" contains phrases like "this warning has come from Norton", "this warning has come from Microsoft and AOL" or especially "THIS IS NOT A JOKE" and it asks you to pass it on to everyone in your address book, then it is almost certainly a hoax. A large dollop of wariness and scepticism is a useful thing when using the internet. It is my belief that anyone gullible enough to believe hoax warnings like this may also find themselves falling for scams and other mischiefs. -- Martin Clark Pennine Waterways Website http://www.penninewaterways.co.uk
