But it was Christmas and all the office and IT staff were probably off
until 5 Jan.
When we came up the S Oxford some time back just in front of a Hotel
Pair we found a delay on the locks as they were redoing the mooring in
the short pound between lock and blocking the cut. The holdup was
probably only half an hour for me, but it put the Hotel pair back my
half hour plus there own delays. I wrote to BW and complained. They
soon put a stoppage notice up for a bit of towing path repair. I
received a couple of apologies
