Yeah, and it's 12 V only.  Not much use for those of us with a (much
more desirable) 24 V AC system.  Too bad, as the price is definitely
right.  But I guess that's why.

"Modified square wave" is usually actually "trapezoidal wave" in my
experience.  Mind you, that's what I've had for years (Victron), and
it runs everything OK except my clock radio and cooker timer.  Next
time sine wave, though.
