Just received a notice about Car Park Lock (No26) on the Grand Union. Any ideas anyone?
Actually, I realise it's about the Car Park by Lock 26 (Soulbury Top rather than Hatton Bottom, I guess). It would be helpful if Grand Union stoppages were identified as Northern or Southern G.U., especially since lock and bridge numbers are reused. I can usually work out where they are talking about but I would guess that quite a few people can't. Terry Streeter NB Arun - Stockton
