I'm rather worried about the architect of this scheme as the whole thing seems to be going round in circles. But really it's up to the local planning committee (oh well, that's a lost cause then! ;-))), particularly as the scheme seems to be going nowhere. There are questions to be answered:- 1. Is this a local council scheme thought up as a way to waste/spend Council Tax payer's money? 2. Did a particular councillor push for this scheme? 3. Who was the consultant engineer on this project?
