If he is prosecuted, it must be some law he has broken. I may have  views on 
the quality of the law or the lawmaking process (or the fact that  the CPS 
seem to want to be 100% sure of getting a successful prosecution  before they 
allow action to be taken) but we are still bound by  that law.
