Lets face it, boaters need PFD's (as we call them in Ireland), if they are going to do any serious boating on big rivers or tideways. In Ireland it is a legal requirement to carry sufficient PFD's on your boat for the number of crew and children (under16's) must wear them all the time....and this is in a country that is not "big" on NP boating, or rules and regulations. -- Neil Arlidge NB Earnest - with enough PFD's to sink a battleship.
