I plan to 'do' the lumpy Thames over the Easter weekend & tried to phone Brentford on 020 8560 1120 to book a passage only to get the message ''This number doesn't take incoming calls.'' This is the number I've always used with no trouble whatsoever. Teddington advised that 020 8568 2779 is the number---any explanations anyone? Barry Nb mystified
