So, let me get this straight. You are using the Yahoo web mail  
interface to read this list, and when you clicked on the tinyurl link  
it obviously resolved correctly because tinyurl.com redirected you to  
something that contains the right resource path for the image.  
However, the domain name part of that URL doesn't appear to have  
resolved correctly because whatever server produced that message it  
isn't lh5.ggpht.com (which is where the image is located). And the  
error, according to the above, appears to be associated in some way  
with Google....<scratches head>   We're clearly missing some vital  
piece of the puzzle here!

<straw-clutching>Does your library have some sort of web address  
filtering in place, and if so what is it supposed to do when you try  
to access a "banned" URL?

The other possibility is that your DNS (domain name) resolver has been  
compromised by some malware (more than likely in a public-access  
computer I expect...)

Barry, if you got yourself a computer these kinds of things wouldn't  
keep happening to you...
