I think thats just because it error message assumes that it's the
local server, and hence just gives the local path. I can make it
produce the same error message by adding a bad character to the link,
i.e.

http://lh5.ggpht.com/_vCd63PmTGV8/SgfyLAQlG6I/AAAAA_AAAAVA/G_YmZmJOz10/s1600-h/DSCF0046%5B4%5D.jpg

(extra underscore in the middle of the AAA's)

It's surely most likely a server fault as the file it can't find is
the correct name, and if I cut and paste Barry's erroring path into my
IE with the correct server name it works fine. Perhaps there is a prat
trap on the server which only serves the file to certain
browsers/computer locations/etc....
