[canals-list] The Three Mills Lock to open formally?

The Three Mills Lock (on the Prescott Channel) will be opened formally on 
Friday 5th June 2009 at noon. So I am told. Anybody heard anything? Will the 
St. Pancras Boat Club have pride of place and take the first boats through the 
lock?
