I am fairly sure that there is good road access. It is accessed via the
entrance to Bulbourne Workshops, keeping to the far right. I haven't had a
good look but I am sure there is a garden/vehicle access .
I am close by and if it is a serious enquiry, I will go and have a look for

you're referring to the boarded up cottage near the top lock. The one I'm
talking about is lower down the flight on the curve, on the towpath/reservoir
side.
PARKING
Two parking spaces are allocated to the property within the secure car park on
the towpath.
The above excerpt from the advert Sue, suggests that there *is* access!
