I finally got an answer from itv.com re ''The Flower of Gloster''
It suggests that ALL episodes [thirteen] are available--but at prohibitive
cost!!

Thanks for your enquiry and apologies for the delay in replying.
I'm afraid that we can't supply one-off copies of whole series.
However, it should be possible to produce a DVD copy of a couple of episodes
for private and personal use. The price would be £95.00 per 30-minute programme
subject to the archive materials being available on tape format as opposed to
film reel.
Please let me know if you'd like to proceed and if you have a preference for
any particular episode(s). I’ll then get back to you with a confirmed price.
