I have just updated the Coal and Diesel Boats page with the information that Stokie No 1, which had been trading on the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal, now has new owners and will be trading on the Trent and Mersey.
The new owners are Desiree and Neil Day, who call the operation the "All Day Trading Company" (get it?). Stokie No 1 will operate along the Trent and Mersey Canal between Sawley Marina and Fradley Junction, (although this may be affected by winter stoppages). They will sell diesel and coal, but tell me that they "will deliver anything else if ordered beforehand".
