Caroline and John nb Charlotte Rose On Wednesday morning at 7.40am, my lovely Chris suffered a massive heart attack and passed away. We take some comfort from the fact that it was virtually instantaneous and that she would not have been in any significant pain. She loved going boating with me on Arun and, having just come back from two weeks cruising on the Severn and Avon, was already looking forward to our Christmas cruise. We would be happy to see any of our boating friends at the funeral and subsequent wake. The funeral will be on Tuesday October 6th at 11.40am and will be held at Stourbridge crematorium. Refreshments afterwards will be at the Bull and Bladder pub on Delph Road, Brierley Hill. It would be helpful if anyone who is planning to come could let me know, so that we can get some idea of numbers.
