It's a 13k cylinder of propane! Sorry, couldn't resist it! :-))
In Fire Brigade training school @ Southwark, anyone calling a cylinder a
'bottle' had to run up the training tower with the cylinder on their shoulder &
shout out ''This is a cylinder, not a bottle!'' at the top of their voice on
each of the thirteen floors-both up & down!
