AFAIAA the rate of population growth in Britain is less than 2.0
children per family but there is a reason which we all know that
causes the population to keep rising.
Our first step to fixing things is to kill all the politicians, it
seems to me. This would have the beneficial effect of solving
a great number of other problems.
