I've got a couple of sites with wiserhosting.com who are pretty reasonable and give you all the bells and whistles (mySQL, PHP etc). I've got domains registered elsewhere (freeparking). Uptime is pretty good and response speed is acceptable (I'm using the packages to host phpBB3 boards).
