I put in a formal complaint to BW about the fact that they don't include the 01923 201120 number and am suggesting that everyone does the same. I know people (including Adrian) have protested before, but if we keep on with formal complaints which have to be answered following their complaints policy, perhaps BW would listen - even if we have to take it to the Ombudsman.
