The mere fact that Tony Hales is campaigning openly means he is doing this
with DEFRA's / Waterways Unit blessing. One can therefore surmise that SOS
Hilary Benn is in serious conflict with the Treasury / Mandy. One wonders if
the Waterways Unit staff are now worried for their jobs?
Perhaps they now wish they had not been in conflict with SOW and for that
matter a certain BW Communications Manager who left.

Where the hell is RE?!
Can he not show his face, after all his stupid plans will now come to
nothing?
A turnaround from the days when past BWB Chairman Greener was never heard of
and Dave Fletcher did all the canpaigning.
