The trouble with out speculating to much, but the facts are the BSS is very
similar to an MOT on your car, at that exact point of time it has passed the
test, but in the case of three months lots can happen.
Dare I say it, and most of us are guilty, about having to remove things be
fore the test, because they know it will cause a failure cert, but it does not
stop us putting things back where they were?
It would be nice to know what the cause was just really for future reference.
But I actually feel the Boat safety cert if correctly applied! is a good idea,
it was that when it was bought in like a lot of things, it was not quite right.
Just the same as the mot on a car.
