I think the authorities only hear what they want to hear and ignore anything that conflicts with what is their current whim. One only has to listen to the BW chiefs bleatings and tales which they repeat ad nusium and ignoring the proof in their published accounts and the majority of us who have voted in a poll that they either misguided or are telling porkies.
