Some very nice proper plumbing and some of that nasty grey floppy pipe. I have to agree that copper is getting very expensive but nasty PEX, well really ! Somebody really should come out with something more appropriate than both. Also noticed the Delphi filters and based on my recent experience I assume you'll never be tempted to replace them with the FRAM pattern item.
