I hope it is more accurate than the five we have bought over the years
(remember the craze for exercising a few years ago?

Out of interest I put fresh batteries in them all (three were identical
units) and then wore them all for one day; the results were wildly
variable - so I used my fingers (to count, not walk .. lol .. ) and I
stepped exactly 1000 paces along the pavement - the lowest value was
reading just over 600 and the closest was still 15% down :-(

Whilst on the subject of toilets <g> Dometic UK are totally ignoring my
query about the cassette seals on their vacuum toilets - it seams that
they want you to buy a *new* cassette (at a little over £92.00 each -
and I've two of them!) when the seal, cost to them about £2.00 a pair,
fails. So I'm still suffering a smelly loo, that also fails to hold
vacuum for more than a minute or two, and trying to save enough to buy a
composting loo from somebody else :-(

What ever happened to decent after-sales service?

IMO, Dometic *stinks* (literally) I just hope nobody else is thinking of
buying one - its a great idea but, as my equestrian missus would say it
'falls off on the corners' (something to do with the way the rider and
horse move around the Dressage course I believe!) :-((
