I've been following a little gem of a series on BBC4 (Sky116) called 'Behind
the scenes at the Museum'. It's been a gentle study of small museums under
stress and the management meetings and discussions about what could be done by
way of improvement. Next Thursday at 9pm is 'The National Waterways Museum' but
it's not clear which one or if it was made before the recent name changes - I
suspect it's Gloucester.
It's strange that there's been nothing in the Waterways press about it but it
should make for interesting watching.
