The LCD hours counter on my nice new boat has failed to appear on
start up a couple of times in the last few days, only coming on after
the engine's been running for a few minutes.
It's a fairly bog standard looking Faria rev counter; I've got a vague
memory of there having been some chat on one of the forums a while
ago about a duff batch of rev counters giving this problem.
Anyone else recall it? At least, since the boat's under warranty, I
shouldn't have any trouble getting Peter Mason to replace it!

You don't ever finish building a boat, you just make a start...
