We're setting off imminently for the Shroppie, Llangollen and a side trip up the Monty too. We should bump into you at some point (if you don't look where we're going;-) and will in any case be travelling back to sbc around the same time. I think you have my mobile number, if you want to liaise, as once we leave sbc we won't have a t'internet connection. Anyone else apart from the Beekies going to be in the region in the next few weeks, and up for a for a minigig?
Stafford Riverway Link fund is now the richer for the last weekend's fundraising boat gathering. An early estimate of funds raised is £2,500 so I look forward to doing my shopping in Stafford without benefit of Arriva. Well sometime. The weekend was a great success and we, for two, are exhausted. If we don't get pressganged into something on Friday we'll be off at last. And I don't mean into the shower, we're not off in that sense. We wash every fortnight, regardless. Regards Ann & Ken nb Margarita ======================================== Message Received: Jun 15 2010, 10:13 PM From: [email protected] Anyway, after the fix we had a weeks excursion on the Weaver and all proved reliable so we have now set off from Aqueduct Marina for what should now be our journey to Stafford Boat Club where we now have a permanent berth. The route intended should take us along the Langollen, back to Chester and Ellesmere Port, then down the Shroppie. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
