So Mr Morris, is that what they call the large brimmed 'titfer'  that you 
sport, or is it the name for hats worn by boaters on french canals.  Sadly I 
don't own one, however I could provide a straw hat and a selection  of 
baseball caps, but alas no 'ca-beret' 
 
I'm sure Mr M has Googled for restaurant boats but here are a  couple of 
possibilities which he has probably found already, not a million miles  from 
Solihull but a fair drive from Sheffield.

There are (or were recently) static restaurant / cafe boats at Slaithwaite  
(Huddersfield Narrow Canal), Lincoln and Manchester. I think there is still
