I know this has been mentioned before, but Waterways World is your best bet and they should be not far away from you by now with their stand and you could still catch them whilst their offices are open. Also it would be interesting to get a report on the feelings of the general "assembly" as to next years changed arrangements datewise. No doubt there will be much discussion and you will be in a perhaps be in the pole position to glean reactions.
