Thank you Diane--- The part of the canal that I would be interested in, is
the one nearest to Hebden Bridge and Todmorden (Portsmouth -village)as this
is the side where my Niece and her family live. I would be interested if
anyone knows of anyone doing Hotel Boat holidays eg: where the crewing
(including tieing up and operating of the locks) is done for us as we are
not capable(or strong) enough to do this.
I have a brochure from Bronte Boats Canal Holidays but no mention of the
Hotel Boat type holidays on the Rochdale canal. I would be pleased if anyone
could rcommend anyone and if so could they send me an address (or email
address) where I could apply for a brochure from them.
        Thank you,
         Philip
