Similar to RT58016, we need a txstatsd instance set up to talk to http://graphite.engineering.canonical.com to collect metrics from the upstream merger system on psoglav (http://10.97.2.10:8080/). As this lives in the QA lab currently (moving to 1SS), we'll need to coordinate with Larry Works to tunnel over from whatever system the txstatsd server is set up on. We'll likely be talking to statsd from a number of these services in the lab.
