In order to ensure that the default mir switch does not cause confusion due to temporarily failing upstream merger jobs, we decided to turn off upstream merger and autolanding until further notice.
This will be revisited tomorrow after testing results are available on the dashboard. Projects may be selectively enabled as needed based on those results. Please stay tuned as progress is made.
