Mostly for Chris/Paul/Joe, but if you are interested in doing a local
setup for touch testing with your own jenkins:
I've introduced a change[1]. That allows you do use a local .py config
file which helps simplify our setup_jenkins.py logic quite a bit. I've
removed my personal config file from the MP, but there's still an
example of it before it got removed[2]. As you can see in that file, you
can provide your devices serial number in this file and the job
generation will do things correctly (ie no hacking of the get-adb-id
script).
